What kind of design services do you provide?

The graphic design services which we offer are varied and comprehensive.  Design services include logo design, website design, brochure design, illustrations, newsletter/ direct mail design  and of course stationary including business card, letterhead, envelope, presentation folder, and any other advertisement materials. We guarantee high quality print solutions for most of the design products as well.

What do you charge for graphic and web design services?

Prices depend on the service you require but we assure you that our prices are competitive and the end product is high-quality and uncompromised.  If you would like us to provide a fee proposal for you contact us today.

How do I get a quote?

Please contact us via email / Skype / phone for a quote. In most cases, detailed briefing is required to provide accurate fee proposal. To make sure you provide all the information we need, we put together some guidelines which might help you to assemble your brief, please find the attached documents at the end of the page. After receiving your request we send the official quote usually at same business day.

Is there any package deal?

Yes. If you need more then two services we can give you a bundle price.

What is the payment process?

We accept online payments via PayPal, direct deposit, and cheques. If your order includes printing as well, it’s required to pay for the printing in advance. In any other cases you can pay upon project completion unless stated differently in the quote.

How do I receive the final product?

If you ordered print services, we will let you know in advance the approximate production time, and it will be shipped to your business address. In any other cases you will receive the final design with all the source files via email or file sending service once the project is finalised.

Do you provide additional services beside designing?

Yes. Alongside the design services we offer web hosting, domain name registration, web development, html/ css/ javascript/ actionscript programming and much more…

Who owns the copyright?

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment.  However, we do, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

I need something designed by yesterday, can you help me?

We are happy to help out with  your rush job, however, we reserve the right to add an additional 30% on top of the normal price for rush delivery.

I don’t know where to start, can you help me?

Absolutely, we are happy to advise you with the possible solutions for your project free of charge. If you have any question regarding the design or development project let us know and we will do our best to recommend a solution which suits you best.

How many changes are included in the price?

We don’t charge for revisions. Our customer satisfaction policy means you can ask as many changes as you need until you approve the project. Once the project is approved and you need additional changes then hourly rate applies.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes. If you have any technical problems regarding any of our services just contact us with the details and we will assist you as soon as possible.
